I am slow. But man when this comes on the IPOD shuffle, I am all about standing up straight and picturing myself running underneath the Olympic Rings…..actually, my first half marathon here in Atlanta, I totally ran underneath the Olympic Rings from the 1996 games. It was SO cool!!!!!!

Actually ANY John Williams Olympic Fanfare is great! Its a great change on the mix, I mean, picture youself running to this music. Just challenge yourself to do your best when training, it works.
