Been on spring break, had a cold or bad allergies this week and haven’t run in like 12 days….yeah!  My goal today was 3 miles….just get it done.  I stayed in our hilly neighborhood and the yellow pollen is in the air.   Holy cow I was slow, but I was also struggling. 
Breathing not in check all over the place and coughing.  I took it slow to not hurt myself and did NOT have my Garmin which usually makes me walk faster on my walk breaks….  but I am SO happy I did it!

Thanks Jill…..I agree…I mean I didn’t stop my intervals, I just slowed WAY down…and I got the miles in I wanted and didn’t hurt myself…so success!
Sometimes I think the finished struggled run is more accomplishing than the easy runs. Great job!
