Vetro Jewelry – CUSTOM Bib Necklace

April 3, 2013 by Julie @RunWalkRepeat

I came across this festive and unique race momento: a glass race bib necklace from a now out of business company on Facebook. BUT the company I saw making these, small at home business, is no longer creating these necklaces.  Bummer, but a great idea for you crafty types.

What a fun way to celebrate your finish, a gorgeous glass necklace commemorating the Princess Half bib!  Here’s the cool thing….its YOUR bib! This company when operating requested a scanned color image of your bib which they used to create the Bib Necklace celebrating your race. Who doesn’t want a reminder they were referred all weekend as “Princess Insert Name” you can wear after the weekend?

I might try to make my own as I know every time I put on this necklace I will forever remember the race I PR’d in….that is PR in the longest time and most pictures taken with wonderful friends.  Great work Vetro Jewelry, sorry you are no longer making these, but worth a try for me.

Have you made any souvenirs to remember your race weekend?

My bibs are such a mess! I wonder if they could do it even kinda wrinkly looking. This is a cute idea.

Oh that is such a neat idea. I may have to do that to one of my favorite race bibs.
