I know I could JUST start on the first day of the month, so probably in June we will take off a full 30 day challenge and get back on it July…

Okay, as much as I do not like squats, I’m in. I might combine some of these if squats/crunches/planks overlap in a gym class (I am not doing more than I need to do!). Maybe this will also make me get to some of the XTing classes at the gym I have the best of intentions in getting to every week…but have actually missed for the last 2wks.
Today is Monday, May 13. Does it start today or Wednesday, May 15th?
