While I love runDisney, I was super bummed this year to see they were not offering the amazing Park Ticket discounts they had in the past…….really the best deal around and a reason to splurge and take the family! Truth be told these tickets were not offered to runners at ALL races, so it wasn’t a surprise, just a disappointment that they were not offered and well, it wasn’t announced or publicized before PHM went on sale.
BUT thanks to my travel partner Jennifer Greene with Destinations in Florida you have some saving options. If you book a room as part of her Very Important Princess Group – details here, not only are you getting a great deal on a room, you can save on your Princess Half Theme Park tickets! In a nutshell, you have the option of booking at POP Century, Port Orleans Riverside or the Contemporary Resort for the lowest rates around and you will able to buy discounted park tickets as a part of the package.
Must have room reservation through Jennifer’s Very Important Princess Group Rate to get discounted park tickets. Email [email protected], ask her for the VIP Princess Rate and tell her Run Walk FASTPASS sent ya…or just click on Ariel and fill out the form for quote request from Jennifer!
You can add tickets later the discounted prices will NOT go away. 1 nights stay plus tax is required to secure the reservation with balance due at check-in.
You have options with the tickets too: Base Ticket and Park Hopper, After 2pm or 4pm tickets….these are the lowest prices you will find!
After 2 p.m. or After 4 p.m. Ticket
Designed with a busy schedule in mind, an “After 2 p.m.” or an “After 4 p.m.” Ticket allows you to visit one Walt Disney World Theme Park after 2 p.m. or 4 p.m. each day. Prices are per person and include tax.
Base Tickets and Park Hopper Options Available too.
Choose from one, two, three, four, or five day tickets. One park per day, or park hop the choice is yours!
You do NOT have to purchase park tickets with your VIP Group Rate. All members of your room DO NOT have to purchase the same ticket, they can be purchased individually and will be available in August – that sure spreads out the budget and payments now doesn’t it!
The Dining Plan will ALSO be available with Very Important Princess block, however if your room books the Dining Plan… ALL members would have to purchase the Dining Plan. Those rates are coming out soon too – and can be added later.

I am in the VIP Posse too! She is great! Its good to see the rates so we can all make the best decisions we can with tickets. The deep discounted tickets of past RunDisney races seem to be going away quietly – which is a bummer. Had I known that we would NOT have had these discounts on our last trip I would have purchased a Season Pass and saved some $$…this has me upset the most. I know things go up and Disney is not cheap, but I like making informed ticket purchase decisions.
