If you are wanting to get in on Very Important Princess Rate block of rooms -, here’s a June 21st update from my travel partner Jennifer at Destinations in Travel:
- Now booking rooms! POP Century and Port Orleans Rooms block is already 1/2 filled! If you want to get in on the savings – don’t delay!
- We have a certain allotment of rooms for this group roup rate so once they are full we wont be taking more requests for VIP Princess Package! These are the best rates around too! Really, with Destinations in Florida being a PremEAR agency, they can really offer you a deal!
- Booking requirement is 1 nights room rate and tax per room, with balance due at check-in
- Resort rooms available at POP Century, Port Orleans Rivers, Contemporary Resort
- Magical Express will be set up by me once flights are booked
- Discounted park tickets will be available (park tickets will require payment in full at time of purchase)
- We WILL be able to add dining later this year as well, once 2014 dining prices come out. These will not be discounted and everyone in the room will be required to be on the same dining plan (just like a regular vacation)
- All resorts in VIP Block are Race Host resorts and include FREE Race and Fit For a Princess Expo Transportation.

Thanks to the new facebook hashtags I found your blog about the Very Important Princess Package…does anyone have recommendations for the hotels being offered in the package?
Honestly the best thing to do is contact Jennifer with Destinations in Travel and talk to her. I LOVE deluxe, but on my salary am VERY happy with the Port Orleans Moderate resort! The rooms have queen beds…POP is very well Popular for a Value Resort, but I think its worth a little more to go to Port Orleans. Email [email protected] and talk to her about your preferences – tell her I sent ya! She is VERY experienced in Disney and will get you to the one which best suits your need! The Contemporary is on the Monorail and a VERY easy way to get to Magic Kingdom…which is great if you have little ones who need naps.
SO excited I cannot wait!! I’m surprised it’s taken this long for the 10K to fill to be honest. Since it’s a new race, I figured it would have filled up right away!
Yeah..what is with the 10k taking so long…other than people are broke from all the other races! LOL
