I have issues but don’t we all? My issues are with hydration – especially when I run long distance or for an hour or more because I sweat….I sweat ALOT. Normally, my go to beverage after water is coconut water.
I have been wondering if there was an all natural product powder out there for on the go similar to sports drinks without the dyes and corn syrup and still get the electrolytes and sodium I get in my coconut water. When I workout I want to replenish the water and minerals lost while keeping my electrolytes in balance so I don’t get sick because trust me, been there done that and its NO fun.

Enter Cocogo – Real Fruit Hydration On-The-Go….. a 100% All Natural and Gluten Free powder I had read about on another blog that I was VERY interested in trying.
Here’s the product in a nutshell from the makers: Cocogo is a new premium sports drink made with real fruit and coconut water in stick pack. It tastes better because it’s all-natural and isn’t overly sweet. Not only do people prefer the taste, they credit Cocogo for steady energy, no muscle cramps, being easy on the stomach, and preventing “the bonk.” And when you compare Cocogo to other sports drinks, you’ll see the proof.
- Raspberry Passion Fruit
- Grape
- Lemon Lime

You can see the freeze dried fruit bits in there. Pretty powder. |
A Pint O Raspberry Passion Fruit, one packet so incredibly easy to open, no scissors necessary |
I gave Cocogo powder a try this past week on my training runs. Hands down the easiest opening packet ever – important for those of us who don’t carry scissors when we run. I tried it pre-run for fuel, post run AND I also sipped it during one run to see if it upset my stomach in any instance. NO IT DID NOT! The Cocogo served me QUITE well. Its hot and humid this time of year in Georgia and I did not notice ANY signs of dehydration.
If you do not like coconut water and the thought of the taste of this powder scares you, yes I know you are out there, I urge you to try this product. It does NOT taste at all like the 100% coconut water I love that many of my friends don’t like. You are getting the benefits and its yummy!
Whether an elite ultramarathoner or just a middle of the pack middle aged interval runner like me – or anywhere in between, this is a GREAT product! Want to save on your purchase. As a product ambassador I can help you save.

I’m kind of scared of this because I have a coconut aversion in general. But I have heard so many good things about coconut water that I think I might have to give it a try. Raspberry Passion Fruit sounds yummy.
I don’t taste it at all….the #1 ingredient is Cane Sugar, followed by coconut water so I think it helps with those like who who are not fans of coconut. Def worth a try Suzanne! Good luck!

Its its tasty….one 2 or 3 packets! I mean they were all way better than the leading sports drink found at the supermarket!
It is hard for me to drink coconut water, but I love it to stay hydrated so would love a product without the taste 🙂
Good luck…I think its worth a try. Really tastes nothing like just plain old coconut water! It does contain sugar, pure cane sugar, so that helps I think. But its not too sweet.
Raspberry PassionFruit 🙂

I’ve tried grape. It wasn’t too bad.
