We are gamers in this house….. especially Mr RWRF and Mini Me…its “their” thing together and they love their games. As huge Disney Movie fans we have been anxiously awaiting the release of the Disney Infinity game and TODAY IS THE DAY!
In the life lesson of you can’t get EVERYTHING you want when you want it, we are making (um, encouraging mini me) to spend some of her savings or we will wait to give as a gift. She will be seven soon and is deciding whether to put it on her list of presents she wants or to break open the Hamm piggy bank. Sadly for mom and dad, we did not go out and get it today.

Look at all these cool characters! Mini me keeps asking us “Who will you play as first?” I can’t wait to play as Capn Jack Sparrow “the People’s Pirate”!

My friend at Relive the Magic is putting together a review and has some pics of the game he got last night at midnight. He has been playing all day and tweeted between games:

Add me to the list of people who have not made a big deal of this to my kids. Like Bonnie, we have a Skylanders set that barely gets touched, and we just got it last Christmas! But I think my youngest would really dig it, so I’m sure it will be a very Disney Christmas, as usual!
Yep! We love our Lego Pirates and Indiana Jones games along with the Toy Story 3 game, so this is sure to be a hit with my little Disney lover!
Oh gosh- I haven’t mentioned it to my kids either. they would FLIP over this one! But the Wii has been the forgotten child… hello Xbox! This would probably push them back to the Wii though. We sure love Disney in our house!

We haven’t shared with Samantha either. She’s not much into video games but if she sees this I KNOW she will want it and then I will never get my TV back 😉
Yep….once we start a good game, it takes over and well I don’t think I would mind this one.
I have been keeping this on the DL from my son. He would love it. But we already have Skylanders and Giants. He has tons of figurines. It all adds up. So we don’t really need another game like this. But who I am kidding? We will probably end up getting it for Christmas when he finds out about it.
Yeah it will either be Christmas or Birthday since mini me has announced she is saving her $$ for an Ipad. Um yeah kid, dream on!
We are super excited here! Miss E is just learning to play games and I’m pretty bad at them in general. But all four if us are looking forward to this one. Too many characters to choose from 🙂
My friend Relive the Magic told me he is not the greatest gamer, but he is LOVING this game. I think us Disney lovers will be so happy!
