School starts this week which means I am back to a routine – MUCH needed. Who knows what fun stuff I will come across in my freedom from Mini Me! Its been a great summer, but I think we are both ready for a break from each other. To be honest, I need some time to focus on myself, as a Mom seems like I can get the short stick most times!

My Whole 30 starts tomorrow….yes I know – been talking about this all summer, but with school back in and me on routine, it will help me mentally for this. I have this relationship with food I need to get over and my body needs to stop craving the junk. I plan this week on Fritata for breakfast, I am making a couple tonight for the freezer to make it EASY. For lunch I will have a salad of some kind and for dinner the challenge is to plan something that Mr RWFR won’t complain about….he is SO picky. I don’t need any excuses to stop, so having a talk with him tonight. I do love food of ALL kinds, so it will be fun finding yummy HEALTHY recipes. Off to Amazon to order my Clarified Butter!
