I will admit, they got me, I stepped away from the computer to clean a little….got my email in hoping I make it!

We got this teaser from the friendly folks at runDisney earlier this afternoon. 
  

Most runDisney addicts runners look forward to the runDisney Race Weekend Meetups.  It includes a run through a park in a small group before opening with some celebs.  You get some swag like the runDisney shirt I am coveting AND you get some great inspiration and tips from the runDisney Nutrition expert Tara Gidus and Jeff Galloway the official runDisney training constultant.  I have never been, but I hear its awesome.

I brushed up on my lessons on  from Krissy at Outrunning the Monorail  hoping it was enough.
