Its day 5 in the my Holiday Gift Guide and here is something for the ladies. Functional sports fashion for that special runner in your life. Sparkle Skirts are a great way to look good while you are working out!
Yeah, you knew this was coming! My favorite running skirt the SparkleTech with a zippered pocket on the waist and one pocket on each leg. You can store so much stuff in those pockets: Keys, Glasses, Gu/Nutrition, Phones, Ipods, Money, ID. I even had an extra shirt in one pocket at Princess Half Marathon. The best part is the shorts built in DO NOT RIDE UP. Never any thigh chaffing.
The Price Tag of these skirts scares many off, but really they are worth it in my opinion. Skirt and shorts all in one. Well constructed here in the USA, they hold up – just follow wash instructions. I summed up the value of the skirt here.
Last summer I started just wearing my skirts around. They are comfortable and look good on. I loved our Disney Parks trips….phone and camera on each leg and my wallet and glasses in the zipper. Plus when I got soaked on Kali River Rapids, I dried off pretty quickly.
