We decorated the tree tonight. Our only casualty ornament was Jessie and Bullseye from Toy Story.
I feel especially horrible. I know Jessie doesn’t like being in a box and she was up there in our attic where she somehow lost an arm and her head. Cue the Sarah McLachan “When She Loved Me”.
We had two Jessie Ornaments. Our surviving Jessie, she will be staying with me year round. I hope they don’t ban me from Toy Story Mania for this!
So how did your ornaments hold out during decorating season? Does Toy Story’s story make you feel weird about getting rid of toys no longer played with or damaged too?

Oh no not Jessie!!! Lol! Our Shepard boy from the nativity scene was headless :(. Nothing a little hot glue couldn’t fix…just glad baby Jesus was spared…whew!

Baby Jesus had fallen out of the manger…he was glued in, I guess it was so hot up there it melted. Thankfully I found him. Thanks goodness for hot glue.
