Continuing on the idea of:
I wanted to briefly touch on Character Stops at the Princess Half Marathon. In 2011 and 2012 at the runDisney booth at the expo, they had a GREAT poster with “Mile Marker Entertainment” essentially, where to look out for characters. They did not have this last year at all.
Remember, this is what has been done in the PAST, so no guarantees about what we will get for characters in the 2014 Race, but as you can see, there are LOTS of opportunities!

Wonder how long this had added to my race times – can you say 32 minute mile? My post So How Long are the Characters Lines at the Princess half gives a mile by mile time for past 2 years.
And if it rains, well they might not have all these, keep that in mind too.

That’s kind of cool. I noticed at WDW that because of the way the lines were, I couldn’t tell who some of the characters were until I’d passed them. By then backtracking would have caused a problem for people behind me. I like the idea of a pre-arranged list.
I know….yes surprise is good….but I like having my must do’s so I know if I can skip someone LOL. We missed out last year on Capt Jack and Cinderella..and me dressed as a Tremaine sister. I emailed them….maybe they will listen! Thanks for following me Jennifer…I haven’t told you that lately. I appreciate it!
Not that they will listen to me, but i just emailed them asking to PLEASE include this if they can. I know, they love the magic of surprises and last minute, but it SURE helps to know about who is ahead and picking and choosing your lines. Meeko has either been WITH Pochahontas or you get either or when they switch out.
I would KILL to see Meeko. I wish they would do this character map out for this year.
