Do you enjoy a good obstacle course? Like Foam Parties, Moon Bounces, Slides, Swings and Wrecking Balls? Are you a fan of Wipeout or TV Game Shows with Physical Challenges? OK, this has nothing to do with the TV show, but the wrecking ball brought it to my mind. If you answered yes to any or all of these, I have a race for you: The R.O.C. 5k Race. What IS R.O.C. you ask, well its the Ridiculous Obstacle Challenge, “The Craziest 5k of Your Life”.
If you want to be a bonafied R.O.C. Star, without having to release tracks or go on tour, this is the event you have been waiting for. R.O.C. Race is the original game show-inspired obstacle run featuring 12 larger than life obstacles including the infamous Wrecking Ball, the brand new Jump Balls, and the World’s Largest Inflatable Water Slide!
This is an untimed event open to everyone, from couch potatoes to track stars, ages 13 and up! Among the obstacles at the R.O.C challenge:
R.O.C is a growing with event locations all over the place.

Now, have I done this race? No, and for your info, I have not done ANY obstacle races. I do know many of my followers who love Obstacle Races and well this one looks fun – whether participant or cheerleader.
