Have you been to Universal Theme Parks in Orlando? I haven’t been there for years (and YEARS). I am super excited to be heading there for one day when I am in Orlando next month. Been dying to check out Harry Potter and all the parks have to offer and darnit, its time I tried the Butter Beer!

A New resort is coming….. Cabana Bay Beach Resort scheduled to open the end of March 2014. This resort is a nod to the Florida of the 50’s and 60’s with 21st Century Amenities!

Its all so expensive……I want to do it all, but its hard. Heard its lots of fun and this new resort pricing doesn’t look too bad….for a resort. GREAT amenities too!
I have never been…but I want to go! I am just waiting for my son to get old enough to enjoy it and we will drive down for a vacation!
Yep, our princess is now at the perfect age I think since she is a little daredevil with rides too and still enjoys the kids stuff.
We went during Tower of Terror weekend. I’m a huuuuuge Harry Potter nerd (with the tattoo to prove it and all), so obviously for me anything HP related was absolute heaven!
I think it looks so cool. Can’t wait.
I haven’t been to Universal in close to ten years. We accidentally happened to be there for the opening of The Revenge of the Mummy. Got to see Brendan Fraser and Arnold Vosloo also. But I digress. That one is fun. Also The Hulk and Spiderman are musts for us. I haven’t been since Harry Potter opened. Can’t wait to go though.
You have been there sooner than me LOL….. though I did go to Universal in CA about 10 years ago LOL.

It looks so fun….love the theme. I was looking at the photos and thought of the Atlanta Cabana Hotel which was quite the place back in the day. Long gone. Affordable lodging too compared to others!

We went to Universal for the first time in MANY years in November. We went to island of Adventure first because we wanted to got to the Harry Potter attraction. We were not impressed. Although I am a bit of a baby and would not go on any rides that have “Warning” on them. We much preferred the Universal Studios Park, we went there later in the evening and probably could have spent more time at that park but we never ended up going back, so our 3 day pass went to waste. I think Island of adventure would be fun for kids though! We did enjoy the restaurants at City walk. We ate at Bubba Gumps and enjoyed it lots!
City Walk is expanding too! They are really growing. I really want to see Harry Potter’s world and I know my daughter would LOVE alot of the attractions. I am looking forward to checking it out.
