Thanks Mary! I was just trying to avoid anything I don’t normally eat pre-race…I should do sushi more often and add some protein!

I love Kona Cafe but have never tried Sushi (anywhere)!
Its really good…..I love the ginger, wasabi and soy sauce too. This one was light and fresh…veggie version

While I am not a fan of sushi, that is a great shot of the dish. Almost makes me want to try it.

Sushi!!! I’ve never tried the sushi at Kona Cafe; it looks so fresh and delicious!!
It was awesome…..Wine and Dine race day lunch…so trying to go easy on the stomach. Loved it!
