To be honest, while these challenge races are NMT – Not My Thang, I do have lots of friends who love them and proudly display the Spartan Head as their Facebook Profile Pic…as well they should be proud – its one tough challenge. I see myself as more of a Spartan Cheerleader truth be told.
BUT for you Bad Asses out there – or Bad Ass Wannabes, GREAT NEWS! Spartan Races offered to give one of my readers entry in ANY US race. Since I know many of my followers ARE up the challenge, I said SURE!

Wally and I had planned for months to dress as Craig and Arianna, everyone’s favorite Spartan cheerleaders. But once we got an up close look at the obstacles and the amount of mud we would have to tromp through – that plan went out the window. Would make a cute pre or post race outfit though for hanging out at the race festival.
I need to hit next year’s race as a character photo op PRE race or post race LOL. I do love me some Craig and Arianna….you really get me Monica! Y’all are totally awesome for your Spatan-ness…… Good luck in the sweepstakes!
