To celebrate the launch of my NEW website, I wanted to share one of my favorite finds of last year for hydration….Cocogo Powder…all natural and quite refreshing! It really tastes good too!
I have been busy getting things set up over here and well a little nervous about signing up for my first full Marathon next week -the January 2015 Walt Disney World Half. Training in the Georgia summer is tough; its so humid here. love I have something natural to drink. At the Publix Half last month, they served a sports drink that many of my friends said made them ill – I don’t think it was at all diluted. LOVED having my Cocogo portable tubes and just adding to water on the course. I pretty much use water, but when it gets hot or and for longer runs I love something extra with electrolytes, cuz I sweat like crazy.
Cocogo is an all natural powder comprised of dehydrated coconut water and fruit – OK, it has cane sugar in it too, but its not at ALL too sweet and no weird aftertaste. I have been trying to avoid any fake or artificial colors or flavors and this totally fit the bill. Look at all the goodness inside!
