So in my Marathon training for January this past weekend, I lucked out with the short run of four miles on training. YAY. I have to admit, I am starting to really get scared as I don’t normally train more than 11 miles with a half marathon and well this coming weekend we ramp it back up at 10 and will keep adding. To calm my nerves this morning, I decided to look up some Marathon and Running Memes.
I have been having huge issues lately with motivation:

OK, I am happy to say today is a rest day for me….my favorite kind of training days. I need some motivation, anyone got any suggestions for me to find the love again. Hey at least I had some good laughs today!

Just have a ton of water, snacks, and some good tunes and the miles will fly by! (OK not really, but at least it won’t be snowing there this weekend like it’s supposed to here in Cleveland for my 5K on Saturday!)

True….here in the ATL Fall has arrive..though it was 81 today..really summer, I can say goodbye! And yes, no snow this weekend, the cooler temps are due back…though not like snowy Cleveland!

Oh I know for sure! I am going for 10 this weekend at the river, what are your training plans. I did fine with 9 so not worried YET LOL.
