Princess is in 2 weeks and I have been great this past month about getting my training. I have also been working on my diet and am eating to try to shed some pounds and to be healthier. I have noticed I am feeling stronger in my runs. Nice benefit….getting a little faster too.
SO to commit to keep on keeping on after the Princess I signed up for a flat 10k April 20th to go for a new personal best. This should keep me running after the Princess. My current record was on a hilly course, not horrible, but not flat either, so I know I can do it. I just need to keep on training and eating right. Funny how things work when you work them!
I may never win a race, but I can sure get a tad faster. I am convinced I just need to work on my body and diet and it will come.
