Both my husband and I are enjoying our recipes and eMeals dinners. I love having the menu and shopping list all planned out and someone giving me easy new ways to eat my veggies. eMeals is extending their  Cyber Monday discount through Sunday December 8th – use Promo Code: CYBER .  This is the lowest price they have offered and you can sign up for as little as 3 months or for a year.

This past week we  discovered some great new ways to eat veggies…really they were so yummy and so easy.  This was exactly what I was looking for when I signed up and specifically for the Paleo Program.  I have NOT thrown out any food from the frig either, even leftovers.  They happlily go with the hubs to work for lunch.

Our 2 favorites this past week and both were easy to prepare:

Paleo Sloppy Joes with Mashed Butternut Squash
Husband’s Fave, LOVED it too!
Cumin Garlic Chicken with Jalapeno Lemon Squash
Actually called for Zuchini which looked icky at store so easy sub with Squash.
If you are in a dinner funk and need some meal planning guidance, give it a try.  Its super simple, yummy and they have all kinds of meal type options! I wrote about that here.  I have been more than pleased and the husband has excitedly asked each day “What’s for dinner?” not in the sad way he used to!  Its a win for us. If you sign up, remember use the Promo Code: CYBER!

That squash looks yummy! So I tried looking at the e-meals site, is it just the meal plan /recipes you are buying from them and then you purchase the food on your own at the store you selected?

Yes, you pick a plan and they provide recipes for a week at a time. They email them to you. They also provide a shopping list which makes it easy and the approximate prep time. You shop for your own food. I am doing Paleo, on Thanksgiving, they provided an extra paleo thanskgiving menu. I never thought of putting jalapenos with squash! It was great! Making a crock pot pulled pork this weekend.
