    What a fun shot! I’ve never met the Bert or the Sweeps too. Seeing those characters must make each mile something to look forward to.

    I’d love to do the Princess half one year! What fun! I’ve met Mary several times, but have NEVER seen the sweeps!!!

      Believe it or not it was fun..I think this was around mile 7….only 5 more to go. ๐Ÿ™‚ Its all about attitude and we have fun!

      It makes the training all worth while…we have a blast both running and planning our race day attire.

      We do have fun Lin! They put the different characters all along….makes the miles fly by!

    Haha, I was going to ask why there was a Dorothy there with Mary Poppins and Bert, but then I realized she was another runner! Great Photo Op!

      That is Amy dressed up as Belle actually…she has a baguette in that basket!

      We run for the fun…..it gets us a trip to Disney without our kids…so yeah, its worth the training and we make it a point to enjoy the course!

      Deb, they have all kinds of distance races with characters at each: 5k, 10k, Half Marathon and Full. Something for everyone! Try it sometime lots of fun. The longer the race, the longer the fun lasts. ๐Ÿ™‚
