I believe in compression sleeves and socks. Having lived with issues of Plantar Fasciitis, Post Tibial Tendinitis and shin splints I have found when I am out for distances of 6 miles or more, especially hilly ones, they make a huge difference. This summer I dealing with the nagging tendinitis when I ran the Peachtree Road Race, I pulled out my Bio Skin Calf Sleeves. I had zero issues at the Peachtree, either during or after, hills and all.
I have only run 6 miles so far in the Bio Skin sleeves, but compared to the others I have worn, I can feel that I am definitely getting more compression. They are like Neoprene and while I thought they would be hot, they were not at all. Sweat wicking and skin breathing as advertised. For my Marathon training these are my go to sleeves as I can feel the difference .
I became a Bio Skin Ambassador because I believe in their product. Its some serious compression – I feel it more than any of the other sleeves I have used. Bio Skin has a full line of products for all your support needs including :

NICE! I’m definitely going to check these out – I like the fact that they are like neoprene! Thanks for the review!

I’m having heel and glute issues. I’m sure after my half tomorrow (which is mostly downhill) my quads and shins will be screaming at me.

My shins do SO much better with compression! Downhill is hard on my knees…yet easy on my lungs LOL.
