After a teaser photo last week news from Savannah. Savannah Women’s Half Marathon and 5k Medals and race swag have been revealed!
The medals of course sparkle, its a women’s themed race, but don’t worry men, you are welcome as well. This year the Half and 5k Participants will each get a different medal. The Forsyth Park fountain – probably one of Savannah’s most photographed spots is featured on each and IT SPINS! A little trivia, you will finish with the fountain in the background of your finisher’s photo!
Each participant will receive a bag as a participant gift thanks to race sponsor New Balance – love my New Balance shoes, my favorites.
Named by Buzzfeed as one of the “19 Truly Charming Places in the World to See Before You Die”, no better way to see Savannah than along this race course. Set amid the historic squares and neighborhoods, this flat race course is sure to become one of your favorites. Whether romantic weekend, girls trip, or long weekend with the family, there so so much to do and see in Savannah, for all ages.
