This 5k is almost all downhill….sounds good to me, though downhill can be hard on the knees! Hoping for a personal record to use for next year’s Peachtree Road Race – to move me up a little when starting. I will come no where near the course record, but hoping to push myself to my fastest – without hurting myself.
Billed as the FASTEST 5K COURSE IN ATLANTA with a net course drop of 330 feet. The course record is 15:38 – and its a Peachtree Qualifier.
