How To Celebrate Cinco De Mayo At Epcot!

May 5, 2013 by Julie @RunWalkRepeat

Last year, we were lucky enough to be at Walt Disney World on Cinco De Mayo.  A good time was had by all…..

How to Celebrate Cinco De Mayo at Epcot

Step 1: Head to the Mexican Pavilion at World Showcase, aka 1st country on your left coming from Spaceship Earth

Step 2. Shop and Try on the Mexican Hats at Plaza De Los Amigos

Step 3. Enjoy a Ride on Gran Fiesta Tour – look for those Three Caballeros!

Step 4. Eat in Front of a Volcano and Temple at San Angel Inn

Step 5. Get Donald’s Autograph

Step 6. Head to La Cava de Tequila and Enjoy a Margarita – Avocado?  Yes please. And Chip Me Too
Step 7. Grab a Blood Orange Margarita to Go and Enjoy IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth

Step 8. Drink some water, lots of water  and go to sleep…for tomorrow is another day at the Parks!

Happy Cinco De Mayo!

I didn’t even mention taking in the flowers at the Flower and Garden festival! It was so much fun and dare I say low crowds too! A great time to go.
