July – 30 Day Fitness Challenge. Lets Work on Our Core!

July 1, 2013 by Julie @RunWalkRepeat

OK, so I totally petered out on my last fitness challenge. I blame vacation and well lack of routine – summer threw me way off.  NO MORE EXCUSES.

I found this on 30 Day Fitness Challenges and then saw same regime on 2 of my Facebook groups…. I took that as a sign that – yep that is the one for July!

We work our Core and Abs. For fitness and exercise technique – go here.

Who is with me?  Oh and keep me accountable will ya?  We start Monday July 1st!

Chart Taken from 30dayfitnesschallenges.com

Do them all at once, break it up….just get it all done!

Happy July – wow the year is already half over!

Remember its a good idea to consult with your doctor before starting any new exercise program.  If you haven’t had a physical in a while, go get one!  Stay Healthy Y’all!

I’m all in for this challenge. I figure my abs will thank me! I can’t believe how long it’s been since I’ve done a sit up. I prefer crunches instead. Good luck to everyone!

I’ve been on the fence, but I think I am in too! After having 4 kids I think I will always be working on my abs so I sure can use the support and motivation!!

A strong core helps with the running….sigh. I need to watch my diet though for that belly fat….it really melts away when you eliminate all the unneccesary sugar from your diet…I mean MINE…..LOL. Might as well join the fun!

I am going to give this a try. I am woefully out if shape. So I need to do something. I also need to lay off the sugar. Day one complete. Thanks for the motivation.

Me too Leigh! Getting old is not easy. I know I can be more tone…not hoping for miracles, but it does take work.
