Disclosure: I was provided free service from eMeals to try them out in exchange for my thoughts posted on my blog. Please know, all thoughts are my own.
I am in a meal funk lately. I am trying to be healthy and eat little to no processed foods and my healthy dinners have become so predictable, the family is less than thrilled at dinner time.
I met the eMeals.com reps at Type-A Conference and jumped at the chance to get new recipes going on. What is eMeals you ask? Its an online meal planning service where you enter they type of meals you are looking for and it sets up a weekly plan complete with recipe and shopping list. Here’s how it works:
Sign up is a breeze, and you select which type of menu you want; I chose Paleo. Me and Mr. RWFR have been talking about this for a while. We both want to eliminate processed foods from our diet.
This week I received via email my weekly dinner menu – you can add on Breakfast and Lunch too if you choose, and am printing out my shopping list tonight. Makes it super convenient! Plus I can save $$ on groceries by planning ahead and not buying stuff we won’t eat. Why there’s a new concept for me!
I will check in a couple weeks to let you know how its working out for us.
If you are interested in trying out eMeals for yourself, now is a GREAT time! They are offering their biggest deal ever 30% off – its their Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal offered NOW ! Just go to eMeals.com and sign up entering the promo code: CYBER at checkout.
Let me know if you sign up and how you like it. Does this sound like something you could use?

We love emails. I’ve bounced around between different plans from time to time. Right now we are on the clean eating crockpot plan

Me too….and tired of commentary. No one seems to like what I do anymore.

We have been using it for awhile and absolutely love it. We just switched over to crock pot menu. So I’m not sure how that one is going to work for us yet. But it’s been a total time saver for us.
