Great article from one who has suffered with Plantar Faciitis. Its hard to take it easy, but a must.
Oh and yeah, I was a slacker yesterday…..but out tomorrow for a nice slow run. My nagging Plantar Faciitis is still around with a tight ankle and a bit of hamstring thrown in. I need to start doing Yoga!

Susie, THANKS! I needed some validation. Last year when training for the princess I was SO afraid of hurting myself I didn’t do much other than running and well, I was injured for the race. Yoga it is!
