No April Fools….I need to step up my daily workout routine. Sorry to sound like a broken record here, but it is true, my ass could use a little kicking in this department. I seem to do better with a little help from my friends, so anyone who wants to join me, here’s my April a daily challenge workout of Squats, Burpees and Wall Sits from Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans.

Remember, this is to challenge us to do a little sumpin sumpin EXTRA ever day. Should be supplementing your daily routine…..which confession time, I get guilty too. Just remember we are all in this together and support from friends is a good thing. Listen to your body, don’t do these the point of injury, as with ANY new exercise routine, check with your doctor before you start something.
